Excellent piece of hardware. Extremely durable, and its ability to rotate and rock together allows the mounted item (a "hammock-style chair in my situation) to be securely placed and enjoyed. The included anchor bolts are a nice addition for situations where a stud might not be available. So far, it's securely held my young (lightweight) daughter countless times, along with myself (not so lightweight; 6'2" 240lbs) a half dozen times, semi-bouncing and hanging on the chains to test the strength of the hardware.A++ For Durability, Ease of Install, and Included Bolt Options.

It's a replacement for the old one I had, same model. Last one last for more than 4 years. It held my 150-pound Muay-Thai bag and I train very often on it, with many power strikes. It was on the verge of breaking, so I replaced it with this.

I used this to hang an Aerial Silk for my daughter. It is very solid and easy to install. I feel very comfortable that it will not come out of the ceiling. I would buy it again.

Came with the necessary hardware to attach our egg chair to the ceiling beam. Please note- I purchased the chain separately. We have tested it with as much as 300 lbs and no issues!
