First of all it is extremely small. Obviously deceptive on purpose. Second and MOST important...this is for commercial cleaning of AC and refrigeration units. The tank is tiny, it does heat up extremely fast (20 secs) and you had better be ready because it is 200 degree steam and there is no trigger. It comes out either hard or extremely hard until it is shut off or runs out. This is not for cleaning around your house. Possibly a car engine or driveway with oil stains, but there are virtually no tools beyond a basic low quality scrubber and two very abrasive metal scrubbers that will damage furniture, tile, etc. Seriously beware and keep this away from kids. This is second degree burns just waiting to happen.

This product seems okay I was hoping that the steam get a little hotter I thought on the product page it said it got hotter but it seems to be okay

This handheld steam cleaner is quick and efficient. The machine emits steam at a strong and fast pace. The 1.2L is plentiful and can hold enough water to clean about any household machine. There are two modes: gentle and forceful. I use the gentle on fabrics and the forceful on tougher grime and it works well. The length of the steam pipe is long and can reach into tight spots.

Biggest complaint is there is no on/off switch on the handle. You can only turn it on/off at the base, so if you’re working in a car you are flinging water everywhere until you can get out and to the button.On top of that. The heat from the steam completely melted both of the included brush heads within 5 minutes of use. Absolute junk product. You can feel the build quality in general is very cheap. Will be returning.

The hose holder is just to attach the tool but the stram tool is long buy hangs all over so this holder makes no sense. No storage for other tools....Says it can't access 50 C. How would I know if it did...m. No inner thermometer or anything.One example: Troubleshooting for one issue, one has to clean out the filter. But NO instructions on how to do that carefully. Looked at the app photos. NothingTools - which is what. We have to look at the photos here....Returning this. Not safe

I am enjoying this steamer so far, granted I did not choose it for the attachments, I really just wanted something simple that produces steam that is pressurized and this does exactly that! I ts gets extremely hot, the steam stream is excellent and I think it's working really well for my needs. This little thing is meant to be very portable, I don't think that not having a switch on the hand piece itself is an issue because it's so easy to carry the whole thing around with you, it's never been a problem for me. I have tried the other tips and I might agree with some others that they don't work well but again, I am using it as it, no attachments and it's great. It's really simple and easy to use, it's old school, there's not a lot to do in terms of getting it to start and I think it's a great introduction to steaming.
