I always wanted a welding machine, I have practiced welding on numerous jobs and actually got good at it, so when I came across the handheld welder I was excited to purchase one, I purchased on May 6th and here it is June 8th and I finally got time for my small project. I followed the instructions to the letter when preparing, when I turned it on I could hear the fan but that was it, I couldn't get it to arc, I even YouTubed videos with no prevail, now I'm stuck with a non functional welder because I missed the return window by a day! Highly disappointed!!!

Was welding a few test test passes an the ground wire came out of the copper connector housing definitely cheaply made it does weld tho

I received this Wednesday afternoon. Opened Thursday morning in prep for a job to test before going to work. Received 2 Right hand gloves instead of a pair, plugged in welder and no power or display. I called Amazon to have a replacement sent out which was delayed by 3 days from receiving it. Still awaiting replacements arrival.

Glasses that came with it where broken. Wouldn't have used them anyway. Got this as an alternative to dragging my mig to someone's house to to a simple little weld. I only used it once on a piece of thin exhaust pipe and was able to lay a few beads on it without burning holes. Also ran on a cheap extension cord just to test and all was good. Will suit my needs as a quick easy welder to stop by someone's house and slap something together. Only complaint so far is I can't figure out how to get everything back in the case and close it
