My mother bought this and it came in excellent packaging. Shipping was prompt.The food she made in it was delicious and one of the dishes, butter chicken, was so juicy. It's a little round from the bottom so we must keep that in mind when cookingNo cracks or anything. It arrived in good condition

It cracked on the 1st use. I did everything they say to do to cure it. Still broke on the 1st use.NOT worth the money

This was smaller then I expected. I could only fit one chicken. It would be nice if it came with some instructions on how to cook the food. For example how long to cook the food at what temperature. What is the highest we can go, etc
