These feel like good quality. The wood is nice and smooth. It feels sturdy for us, but we are all under 200 pounds, so I can't speak to how well it would work for someone heavier. I like the different pocket options and how you just rotate to switch. This is great for building finger strength and it is easy to put up and take downWe just attached it to a pull-up bar. It's nice that it came with its own hardwareand sandpaper than can be used to smooth rough spots on the wood as well as finger sandpaper for callouses.

These are some nice grip rings with varying depths of holds to train your climbing grip and pull up strength. You can tie the hang ropes to the length of your liking and hang them from whatever, a tree branch, a weight frame, some hooks on a beam, whatever else you like. The wood was smooth and didn't need sanding, but this kit comes with some sanding pads just in case you find a spot.

Got these to add some variety to grip work. These are simple, but strong enough for my 200 lbs. Easy to rotate to change the grips and the edges are finished to be comfortable for fingers.

My son is a huge ninja warrior fan, so we have a bunch of obstacles in the back yard. These hang boards will be a great addition to our obstacle course this summer. This set comes with two hang boards, a carrying case, ropes and hooks, and also rubber pads and nail files as well. The best part is that the board can be rotated as the user improves their skills. There is a 25mm grip for beginners, 20mm grip for mid level, for the pros a tiny 15mm opening, and finally a 10mm grip for the ultimate ninja warriors. There are no sharp edges or splinters sticking out, and the wood is solid. These are fantastic.
