It suits my needs well for a radio in my work room. Display is great: big bright numbers.Sound isn't concert hall quality but good enough for the room.Setup and button-pushing are intuitive enough to get it going without the manual.I like being able to press the SNOOZE button once and it starts playing.Price is right especially considering it does both AM and FM.

The first thing I noticed was that, while the preset mechanism worked, it was very difficult to assign a specific number to a specific station.A couple days in, the volume started lowering occasionally, for no apparent reason. Then, about a week in, the volume died completely, rendering the radio completely worthless.

I love this alarm clock. It’s purple my favorite color. It looks styin. It has big bright easy to read green numbers. I can set my alarm for music or beeps. It’s compact. It came in great shape. Easy to set up. It can be plugged in or use batteries

Nice clock. It easy to use and the buttons are easy to push and hold down. The display was just too bright for me in the dark even on the dimmest setting. Also the color looked like a vibrant violet on my phone, but in reality was more a mauve-ish purple. I like to sleep, so I sent it back.

The basic functions were all as listed. However all of the radio stations were full of static and impossible to listen to.

This is a very bright, easy to read and easy to use clock.The radio is not great at all - the receiver/antenna doesn't work well and the AM radio is fuzzy. I've tried several rooms, clear lines, etc and it didn't get better.

It really depends on what's important to you. The display is bright and easily visible. The controls are not at all intuitive so don't lose the instructions. I wanted a device with better sound than the one I'm replacing, and I thought this would do it. Quite the opposite. It's much worse. The speaker is tiny and the very definition of tinny. It's almost painful to listen to, especially on AM stations. If you don't care about sound quality, it's a decent clock, but that's all.

Oh it’s bright all right. The numbers are huge so if you need visibility this is your clock.For me, not so much. Dual settings is nice.Not the easiest to figure out settings, so maybe not best for elderly with confusion. (Although the lights and size would be).I wouldn’t order again, but as a clock/alarm it does it’s job.
