I have done multiple bathroom remodels over the years. A few years ago during a remodel, I decided I really wanted to make a statement and spend the extra $$ and get a Grohe shower. YOU WILL BE AMAZED! The water gently falls on you like a rain shower that is 'soft' when falling. I can't explain it, but if you are tired of pin needle water sprays on your skin that can actually hurt, this is like a spa shower every single morning. It's so soft that you would think it would take forever to rinse off. Not the case! I have had both amazing water pressure and normal type water pressure in different houses, where I have installed this system. Both have performed the same way. I paid much more for this second one, and may have not purchased if I hadn't experienced the wonders of this shower before. I still say it was worth every single dollar spent. If you can get the one that has a little knob that you can pre-set the temperature and have it locked under 100 degrees, get that one. It was not available when I purchased this time, but still not a big issue, but helps with the elderly or kids, if you worry about the water being too hot.

I love the look of these faucets; functionally, they are also excellent. The only issue I have is the same as many other reviewers. They plate underneath the faucet switch and the hand held Faucet hose are made of PLASTIC !! PLASTIC?? This is a $599+ so $600 shower faucet sets, there is no reason not to supply the customer with Stainless Steel Chrome parts.....really? PLASTIC?

The quality not quite what I was expecting. I am disappointed with the amount chrome colored plastic in place of metal for the price and from Hansgrohe. I bought a less expensive Hudson Reed product for my other bathroom earlier this year and it has more metal parts. Overall, the price does not match quality. I would look for another product if I were doing this again.

I bought this as part of a bathroom remodel. It was a bit of a risk as I know nothing about plumbing. It was delivered very promptly and packaged well - everything was present , correct and in perfect condition. I wasn't sure if the set would include everything I needed for the shower but it did. I hired a professional installer to do the plumbing and tile work. He said it was easy to install. I am very pleased with the finished product - it looks good and works beautifully. So far it is very good value for money - much of what I looked at in specialist stores were at least twice the price if not more. Thank you Amazon.
