Your cart is empty. The Haoge Lens Hood is primarily designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens, plus prevent vignetting. In addition, since the end of the lens is extended, you also get the added benefit of some extra protection from accidental impact.

For some reason I constantly lose my good for my 70-200. Only this lens so I do not like to spend much on a replacement and this fits the bill. I also like that it’s a tulip and not the traditional lens good shape.

... it was time for a less expensive alternative. Fit and finish is good. A good value for the money. Long term durability? We'll see how that goes. However, being retired from the craft now means my gear does not see the demanding work conditions it used. So this lens hood should be up to the task.

Somehow I lost my hood for this lens. I'll eventually find it but I needed one to protect the front of the lens and keep the sun from shining in. It works great. Fits great!I would definitely buy again!

Nikon gets gold for its OEM hood. But, this one is not the answer. Cheaply made. There are others on ebay I have since purchased, ranging in price from $2 to $12 that are far superior.

For $17 I thought it surely wouldn't fit or it would be poorly made. I'm pleased to say it fit prefect on my nikon 70-200! Will buy again if I need another!
