Thought I was getting the whole thing only received the swivel base and some bolts so had to return it. Casting wad really poor quality.

I bought this vice so I wouldn't have to lift my 6-in vise on and off the mill. This vise is small, the jaws do lift a little bit, but half the time. That's all the precision size I need. My back thanks me.

Surprisingly sturdy, worth the purchase. Only problem is there's no marking to show your radial position relative to the provided graduations. There's a machined clean space where one could be, maybe it's to make your own?

I take back the five stars the lockdown screw is binding the top of the vise is softer the brass it dents and markes up easily I have used it 6 times now and I hate everything about it save up and get a better one

The outer finish looks good...but this is not a a machinist vise....it is very sloppy .you can lift the jaws up about .150 thousandth..I guess ya get what ya pay for......I won't be getting another one...anVery disappointed.......it's just a vise...not a machinist vise

Works as expected. Fit my LittleMachineshop Minimill. Just the right size for the table. Came with all necessary hardware including some screws that I don't know what to do with. I removed the turntable base to gain additional clearance to the drill chuck. Saving it just in case for future needs. Fit and finish are excellent and as expected. Had to deburr all ground edges so they don't accidentally cut me, especially the sharp corners on the jaw plates. No lift on moving jaw when tightening. Screw action is smooth on full travel length. I would buy another larger one if I had a bigger mill. Looking for a grooved jaw plate to hold round stock.....

Really a pretty nice vise for the money, although the rotational markings on the first one I received were not square with the t- slots. The seller was quick to send a replacement (kudos and thanks), but it lacked the index mark altogether on the vise body. The paint was a bit rougher, so I elected to send the second one back. I'll grind the index mark off of the second one and make a new one in the correct place. Should not be necessary for a new tool, but still a fair value.

The unit arrived in two days and was as described by the seller. I probably won't use it for it for a couple of months and so I can't offer an evaluation of how it works. However, it appears to be well made and finished and I suspect it will work fine.

For the price of this vise, I couldn't be happier with the build quality and accuracy. As a hobbyist machinist, I don't have experience with a more expensive vise, but this one fits my needs perfectly. Smooth movement, and excellent finish.

The vise is fairly sturdy, the jaws are hardened steel and they stay parallel through the entire length of travel. I am using this on my WEN milling machine, and so far, it has stayed fastened tight to the table through several small jobs. The height of this vise does reduce my drilling capacity by a bit, so I have it on the end of my table instead of in the middle, so I still have room to use T-Slot Clamps in case I need it. The two things I wish this had was a good detente to lock the vise in the 90, 60, and 45 positions when I am rotating it about its base, and a flat edge for me to reference against the milling table. Other than that, very good for the money. Will continue using.
