When I open the product and felt it, I had my doubts on the performance of the product. I was write. It was like using crayon on a whiteboard. You cannot use the erasers that came with it as the product remains on the board. You have to a cleanser to get it off. I don’t recommend this product on blackboards.

These would be great for permanent displays, but as chalk on a chalkboard, these are wax-based so DO NOT rub off. The only way we were able to get the chalk off our chalkboard painted door was the scrub (hard) with a magic eraser. Again, these would be great for a coffee shop display or something, they're very vibrant, but not if you will be erasing daily. Better off just going with the crayola brand!

These are very vivid even on the chalkboard. They are VERY fragile & the "erasers" are useless. You will need a hot soapy rag to remove. Also leaves an oily residue after cleaning

Super Greasy and doesn't stick to porous chalk paint.

Works very well with our stick on magnetic chalkboard, though the magnets on the erasers do not work very well. I think the erasers are a little too heavy for the type of magnet used on the back of it.

I drew a outer space theme in my living room before I started I did a test with the chalk & the erasers it came with & a little warm water like it said everything was fine it came off. I left it up for a week went to wipe it off & it would not come off with warm, hot ,cold,or boiling water no dish soap no bleach I had to use my electric scrubber and some rubbing alcohol now I have to recall my wall

I Found it interesting these smell slightly scented. Not a bad smell, but a light flowery smell. The colors are bold, and will work perfectly on our chalk wall.

Way hard to clean up. I thought dustless chalk would still be chalk but it’s more of a crayon. Which sucks to clean
