I purchased this for my 2010 Honda Ridgeline. The clip supports on both sides to attach to the dash were broken upon arrival. Plus the supports barely have 1/8th of an inch of plastic to make sure it would stay supported. Very disappointing.

The instructions to connect the brackets are pretty bad. However I figured it out after a few minutes of trial and error. It fits great and looks factory. I have a Sony ax3250 installed in my 2008 ridgeline and also connected the steering wheel controls with the maestro module. Not too hard. I’m happy with this purchase.

My own fault, but I ordered the wrong kit. Not sure if this kit is offered with the connector for the 2009-2014 Ridgeline, but the pigtail connector included would not fit. I wasn't even aware there was a difference until I went to put the system together. It would be awesome if this kit could be offered with an option of model year pig-tail connectors. Had to order another connector from another company and it delayed my install.Once installed, the faceplate/bezel looks nice and integrates nicely with the existing black dash plastic with a fine matte finish. It leaves the Double-DIN opening at the correct angle to allow for no glare on the screen of whatever you install. The brackets included work well to connect to the bin on the bottom of the radio. The Radio is "inset" into the face a small portion, but this leaves a small ledge for you to rest your fingers on while dealing with the touch screen on whatever head unit you have.

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. You need this to easily change your stock (aka OEM) Honda Ridgeline radio to an aftermarket.This combines two components: three dash kit and the wiring harness.The dash kit lets you fit an after market double DIN radio into your dashboard with no holes or gaps. Specific to this model of Honda, it also allows you to reattach the pocket that sits below radio. I am not an expert, but I do not think this would work for anything other than an early model Honda.The dash kit has appropriate instructions. They could be better (mostly because the pictures make it hard to tell which arm is left and which is right), but if you’re brave enough to open up the dashboard in the first place you’ll figure it out.The wiring harness allows you to very simply match up all the wires inside the dashboard color by color. Once you’ve matched up the wires you simply plug the wiring harness into your new radio. You will need some sort of wire nuts though because this doesn’t come with any. I recommend using the kind of nuts that screw together because they are the most secure, and you don’t want to have to open the dashboard back up and remove the radio due to a connection coming loose in a year or two.
