I like the format of the pages to keep track of my workouts. Not only keep track of you workouts but also track your progress. There is a section to enter your measurements, your weight, your goals etc. Then you can add in on the formatted pages, your sets and reps, cardio and even a section on the page to track your food intake. Nice journal to have and easy to stick in your gym bag. I would recommend it to those that want to track their progress and be able to look back and see how far they have come. 5 stars.

This has helped me be able to track my measurements and exercises I am doing. When I am doing my daily work I do try to make sure to track everything. There is spots on each page that helps track water and the food you eat if you need that as well. I really love this if I was to have one bad thing it is that it only goes about 100 days I want one that does the year so I can keep better track of habits and such.

This little thing has been really nice. It can track 11 different weight exercises, plus a cardio section for 4 different cardio exercises in a day (and if you want more, it can overlap easily onto the workouts section). There are plenty of ways for taking things more seriously than your average gym joe. Ex: track water intake, daily weights, diet, sleep, and even muscle size for the body sculptors. I'm an average gym joe, but I don't feel like I'm falling behind for not using all the extras because the most attention goes to the weights/cardio.There is a typo on every copy of the main page where it say "WEICHT" instead of "WEIGHT" but they need to update the new edition somehow right? 5/5

I usually keep a journal of my own workouts. My journals have no special items just the workout, reps, sets, and amount of weight. This is a great journal for those who want to detail their fitness journey. Each day has a lot of aspects you can record including:Date, Water intake with pictures of glasses you can cross out, a space for the amount of sleep you had, your weight for that day, start, stop, and total time of your workout. The name of your exercise, sets (1-8), reps, and weight for each exercise. It has a cardio section where you can log time, distance, and calories burned. It even has a section for food, serving size, and calories per meal. Plus a note section. It is an effective way to be motivated in the gym and to log your workouts. It is great for people new to a fitness journey and want to track their workout days. It is even good for professionals in fitness. I would recommend if you like to log your workouts.

This fitness notebook is smaller than your average comp book, just be aware of that before purchasing. I kinda glanced over the book’s measurements listed in the description and was a bit shocked at first upon unboxing. However, it turns out the size is just right for sliding the notebook into a backpack front pocket, gym bag side pocket or inside pocket of a tote purse. The pages are well organized with plenty of lines for tracking exercise reps, weight and body measurement stats, even sleep hours. You can record the date and time of your workouts, as well as the duration. Yet, only 6 lines are available to list food items eaten for the day, which I don’t think is adequate, but there is a larger section for notes at the bottom of each page, so I guess you could add extra food or other details in that space. Also the lines are thin and narrow, and those with larger handwriting may have to use double lines. This fitness notebook is well thought out, just a bit petite.

I bought this notebook to help me track my workouts better. I like the layout of the tracking sheets. This notebook makes it very easy to keep track of what I'm doing and keeps me on track.

This has great formatting and options. It's easy to understand how to optimize this the best. Hoping I see a change in myself as much as I believe this will help.

This simple, no-nonsense fitness journal is the third fitness I've tried and the only one I've liked. It has space for 11 exercises per page plus small sections for cardio and diet. To fit this in, they've used a very narrow 5mm rule, which might not work well for you if you have large handwriting and don't want the numbers you enter to spill over to the line above. There's also a two-page spread in the front for goals and another two-page spread for body measurements. There are about 170 pages for recording exercise data, so it should last around half a year assuming you exercise about six days a week and longer if you exercise less. (I have no idea why it's called Fitness 100 Days Challenge.)The quality of the paper is good and I like the flexible plastic covers. The A5 size (roughly 8-1/4 x 5-3/4 inches) papaer gives enough space to write while still being compact.
