I have used Harris bipods for many years on all my rifles. There are many more expensive bipods out there, but for what I am doing, including competitions, they work just fine.

My second one. The real deal, not a Chinese knockoff.

This seems to keep a solid lockup. What I like about these is that it makes sighting in a rifle much easier. Stick this on anything and then you don’t need to lug around bags to the range. They can always be removed later. Just depends on your end use case scenario.

This is a great little bipod. My shooting improved dramatically after installing this on my S&W MP15 Sport. Once I got my red dot zeroed, I put 20 rounds all in the “10” ring of a 12” X 18” target at 20 yards. Easy to install which is nice because this bipod will pop off if you drop your rifle or it falls off a bench. Fortunately , it will pop right back on easily. It’s adjustable between 6 and 9 inches; I feel 9 inches is perfect for bench shooting. I feel like I received good value for the money spent.

Very nice for dollars spent. Built basically like the cheaper Caldwell bipod, but legs lock up noticeably tighter when opened, with much stronger springs. The portion that comes in contact with rifle is padded and covered in leather, which protects your fore end from being scratched up. This is the non-canting version however, the padding and leather allow it to cant (twist) enough to get my rifle balls on level and stay put. Have not owned long enough to speak about longevity, but at this price, I could buy four more for the price of one of the higher end bipods. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I love this bipod. Made in USA, used by a military sniper, (ultimately, his review prompted me to buy these over all the other ones on Amazon) and super high quality construction. I've been shooting for 5 years, and while I'm not a professional, I know a good setup when I see one. Perfect for setting up beautiful shots without having a sandbag set up. The springs in each foot make for an affirmative "click" as the shoot the feet to the max setting. I've laid in the dirt shooting and loved this bipod so much, I got my dad one. Honestly, if you are going to be doing any shooting, get a bipod. Not any bipod, however. Spend the extra few bucks to get a quality made, sturdy product that will last as long as your gun. Highest recommendations for this quality product. As a longtime Amazon customer, I rely on reviews from the Amazon community when making buying decisions. That being said, I only believe in giving honest and unbiased reviews. If this review was helpful to you in any way please click below. Thanks for reading!

I have used many bipods over the years on various rifles for either target shooting or hunting. Harris is by far the best bipod I have ever used. The 6-9 inch extendable legs are a perfect length for most shooting conditions and help out greatly while sighting in the rifle and also helps while cleaning the rifle or working on it in any way. The bipod itself is made extremely well, very robust and sturdy. This bipod is by no means cheap in any way, the leg extensions always click right into place and move freely while depressing the releases. The legs come down with a quick snap while deploying them from the upright position and click right into place without any play or movement in them. The rubber base pads on the legs seem very well made and is of a high quality rubber, they grip very well and keep from sliding off wet or damp surfaces.Installing the bipod onto a rifle forward sling mount is easy and quick to do, no tools are needed and the instructions provided easily display the proper procedure to install. The bipod sits well under most rifles and is a very tight and secure to the underside of the stock, I was honestly amazed at how strongly this bipod grips to the stock under tension. There is a pad between the metal of the bipod and the stock of your rifle to prevent damage to a wooden or synthetic stock, with absolutely no play in the bipod this is of little concern even without the thin padding but is a nice feature.I highly recommend this bipod to anyone who enjoys long range shooting or hunting, In my opinion and many professional shooters around the world, Harris is the best and this bipod is a perfect example of this.
