Dull right out of the box. Bends hair, doesn't cut it. I sent it back. I'm a professional groomer, these shears are useless.

Got these because I needed a cheap pair for trimming feet. As a professional groomer I can confirm these are sharp and after a couple months of near every day use on feet (even with contact with dog nails) these scissors are holding up great. The curve is quite steep but it’s hard to find a slight curve shear these days.

So far, so good!Purchased this brand because I really like my Hashimoto straight shears.Great shears for the owner/groomer. Decent price and well made. Lightweight, easy to switch orientation of shears when grooming, sharp (really sharp). Grip is well designed and finger holes fit easily. Easy to wipe clean and disinfect after use.

Wish I bought it sooner, especially before summer. It's sharp and cuts very well. Just be careful not to cut yourself.

Ideal shaping shears for poodle grooming. My hands are a bit large for it, but it still works for me. It may work even better for groomers with small to medium hands/fingers. Nice finish on the shears and well worth it in my opinion. Good hollow ground blades and curved just right for working on a Standard Poodle.

I'm not a pro groomer, but I'm on my third Standard Poodle. I've been doing my own grooming for a couple of decades now. These shears are certainly the best I've owned, sharp as you could possibly want. Ingenious, in that you can flip them over for convex or concave cuts with equal ease. One quirk: they cut all at once, so it feels like a 'click' as it cuts through the hair. My other shears have 'sliced' more slowly. Still, really clean cuts. They're a real precision tool, so I'd advise being careful not to drop them, or bang them around. I keep them in the original box.
