This isn't great for cloche or big sun brimmed hats, but medium sized hats fit well in it. The harder sides help protect the hats from being crushed but this is not a full sturdy hatbox and I wouldn't use it for air travel, for example, but get something with a harder shell. For home storage, it is just fine for holding several hats of similar shape stacked inside.

I have quite a selection of Hats and I needed a convenient storage solution to keep them accessible, and dust free.I ordered this Collapsible Hat Box with a Viewing Window for Storage or Travel, for Men and Women, with Handles by VISCOGRIP.I am really happy with how generously sized and sturdy this hat box is. It is 17” across and 7” in height allowing me to easily store my widest brimmed sun hats and my tall cowboy hats stacked. I currently have 6 hats inside and I could store more if I needed to.Optional Viewing window, can remove the Velcro panel to view hats inside, or keep panel in place, or place contents list inside the panel on a post-it as I show in photos for quick reference. My hat box will be on a higher shelf in my closet so it’ll be easier to read what’s inside rather than trying to see through the access window. If removing the panel I appreciate how it stores on the underside of the lid, it helps add stability to the lid, and you’ll always know where it is.Very well made, very well thought out.Double zippers for easy access, handle on the top and side, as well as two carrying handle, straps on the side with a strap wrap for traveling ease.So Happy with my Hat Box.
