Worst item ever if I could give a negative 5 I would.. it isn’t sturdy, the plastic flaps on the side bend really easily making it complicated to even try to work them in, Everything breaks apart easily. It was so bad and frustrating I just threw it out. And mind you I’ve never wrote a review but this product made me do it.

Not very sturdy at all and cannot hold much weight so the stacking option is basically useless.I got these because I thought the price point was fair for a stackable 2 pack but when it arrived I had to put it together. It comes together okay but can be tricky.The size is great but as you can see it cannot tolerate much weight at all so if you are wanting to use these for craft supplies (as I was hoping to) you're better off finding a different product. I attached a couple of photos showing you the dip of something that is relatively light (1.1 pounds) to show the lack of durability especially over time).

Always looking for a good storage solution for my shoes. These boxes are lightweight but holds my size 6 women shoes fine. Price is fair!

I had high hopes for these boxes to help organize my crafting supplies. I have smaller boxes of things like Popsicle sticks, buttons, wires, pipe cleaners, puff stickers, and so on. I wanted to put these smaller boxes inside these bigger ones to keep everything in one area and organized. I was hesitant when I first built these boxes. They were not easy to build because the parts kept coming out of where I'd put them and the end caps would not stay on, especially when I would try to open the door. I put the lighter box (pipe cleaners, cotton balls, and a few other things) on top, but you could see the sides of the bottom box start to bow out. I accidentally put my glue gun on top without thinking and it popped the sides out of the bottom box. I can see only using these boxes being used to store one or two hats per box and not stacking too many on top of each other. The size is decent enough to put a pair of men's shoes in, but the box is not strong enough. I also do not like the non-clear sides of the boxes. It makes everything look a bit blurry, but not very clear to see exactly what is inside.

These are well-made, well-built, clear storage containers that can be used for a variety of reasons, uses and I really like them. So, I do recommend them for your storage needs and to keep better organzied. They are REALLY GREAT!

I am really disappointed in this item. The photos show something that looks like hard plastic. At no point in the product ad, did it tell customers the storage apparatus are made of soft, bendable plastic-the type of plastic used in plastic folders for office products. And only the front and back are semi-hard plastic. One photo even shows the items being stacked. In reality, this does not stack naturally because it's too soft and very fragile once "stacked".Price wise, I've bought similar soft plastic compartments under shoe storage boxes for $1.75 each. I am very familiar with these as I own probably 30 of the soft plastic kind.I am not even sure if this is suppose to be a hat storage, because it looks exactly like shoe storage, below:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXSDGFKF/Hats do not need mesh holes in the back; they do not need to be aired out. Hence I am convinced those are just shoe storage boxes being sold at a markup and calling it "hat organizer".I regret using my limited quota to order this. It feels too close to bait and switch and a waste of time. Don't make my mistake.

If given the choice I would actually give 3.5 stars as these are very handy and do work well for hat storage and would work well for shoes, or scarves or any number of things as long as they’re not heavy.They have air holes for ventilation on the back side, which would be great for shoes, but for my ball caps I don’t want dust to get in so I plan on just sliding a small piece of cardboard over the holes.I like that the containers are transparent, so it’s easy to see what is in each box. It was also very easy to put them together.The not so great part is that they’re not very sturdy. I’d be afraid to put too much weight in them and then stack them, but for just ball caps they work great. In fact I was able to fit 5 caps in one box.Another thing is that on one of the four containers the front would not fully snap closed securely, so when I try to open the door part the whole front thing comes off from the top and right side.

A perfect way to keep all my hats in one spot in a neat manner. Plastic seems flimsy but when constructed, it's rather sturdy.
