This kit is okay, but I ended up moving to another one for my ranger so that I could maintain the factory connectors and more easily disconnect the lines were there a need to remove the cooler.

First, I did not know I needed an adapter kit to install my transmission cooler until I had my 1998 F-150 in pieces. There was no indication that I needed an adapter kit for my Hayden cooler.In a pinch, I bought this kit from a local auto parts store. It is advertised as fitting Ford vehicles from 1983 onward. It didn't fit my F-150--the thread pattern is off. Very frustrating!!

It advertised fitting my vehicle but it wasn't close. It was a frustrating experience and had to order different parts to make my oil cooler work.
