Chinese control board lasted just 4 days. So loved the price. Hoping Amazon will refund my $125.

My pool heater would not start, so after trying everything else, I replaced the circuit board, but it did not fix the problem. I had 3 technicians try to repair the heater, but they were all stumped. The fourth technician figured it out: he replaced the circuit board, the one I bought from Amazon. Yes, the "new" circuit board was defective, but I couldn't return it because the time passed. Do yourself a favor and have the technician provide and install the part. Over $200 down the drain.

Hayward heater was displaying a "CE" (Communication Error) code. The display PCB had two burned spots around resistors. Additionally, several pool equipment repair forums suggested the issue was the display board. I purchased the display board and replaced it and the system still displayed the CE code! this control board took a little longer to replace (15 minutes!). Replaced board and resolved my pool heater issue! CE code went away! I am not sure my display board actually needed replaced now. PCB comes with new plastic standoffs in case you damage the originals during removal of old board.

Was not exact as board being removed from heater. Was shipped quickly and wrapped well. This unit put too much voltage into the blower and created a voltage error.When board was replaced with a different one, it worked fine. I had a family emergency that prevented me from installing the unit within the return period and had to buy the proper one (with same model number) from a different vendor.Do not buy this unit, it doesn’t work.

Had an odd error being reported by the heater of 'PF'. Had numerous tech visits and spoke to the Hayward rep. Though they knew the error could be generated, no one had actually seen it and the all said it was caused by a wiring issue to the heater. Rewired, reworked all connections, still received error. Finally, out of desperation, bought this and everything is working as it should! Delivery time was outstanding and the installation was a breeze. Saved me 100's of $$ by doing it myself!

Works great fixed my CE error. This boards have a confirmal coating the old one did not...so hopefully the issues will not return.

Works great. Only 2 stars because this is the fourth time I replaced it for my heater. They only last one or two seasons. Can't beat the price. Pool suppliers charge much more. Easy to install.
