I ordered this key switch for my 1983 John Deere 690B excavator to replace the original one. I’m so thankful that there was no modification necessary, it is an as advertised replacement part, just plug the factory harness into the back and mount in the factory location. The switch came with three keys as well which is extremely helpful.
