The ignition switch is the correct style and works for my application (John Deere 185 Hydro) but the 1 key with the protective cover isn't even keyed correctly for the switch! Why even put it in the box, let alone advertise it? I bought 2 because they only last about 6 months and both "protective" keys are cut the same which does not match the keys that work. You get what you pay for 🤷🏻♂️

Ordered this replacement ignition switch after I broke the original key off in the original starter switch. Was still able to start it with a pair of pliers but I wanted it fixed right.Direct replacement that just plugged right in and worked.
