It never worked. Bought another one locally and it works perfectly. But this one I am reviewing never worked.

Bought to mirror my home cameras from my living room. Works for that purposee but when a light switch in my house is flipped monitor blacks out then back on

tends to lock-up both tv's occasionally. have to unplug and reconnect to reset.

Mac mini's are know for an issue with HDMI splitters for not negotiating the sync to projector resolutions.I had one splitter that died and a replacement could not sync to the projector resolutions. I replace that splitter with this one and I was able to correct the displayed resolution on the projectors . Your mileage may vary.

I use to set up a theatre on patio area and was able to integrate 2 screens 2 amplifiers for two areas, sound and video looks and sounds perfect

Product worked fine at first, but stopped working just after the return window ended. I can not get this to show more than one screen anymore. I've tried different power sources, different chords, etc. and no matter what I do, it will now only show the input on 1 screen. I bought this to replace a similarly priced splitter that worked under a variety of setups for 10 years and had worked on the setup that this piece was installed in for 2 years prior to finally failing. I do not recommend this product.
