1. This HDMI cable splitter only mirror the display and DOESN'T SUPPORT EXTEND, each screen will NOT show a difference image.
2. The hdmi 4k splitter only support 1 hdmi source input and 2 hdmi video source output. Do not support switch 2 hdmi source to 1 diaplay.
3. If your HDMI source device supports 4K, please use HDMI cable 2.0 to connect 4K HDMI source device and HDMI switch and display, as HDMI cable 1.4 (or below HDMI 1.4) is insufficient for resolution of 4K.
4. If Your HDMI input device (like XBox one x, PS4 Pro) supports 4K@60hz, please set the resolution to 4K@30Hz or below to make this HDMI splitter work properly.

WAF is good with this one (wifey acceptance factor). She can get to her beloved TIVO and the blue ray player without playing with TV inputs. No issues with quality of the signal, looks great and simple to use.

My TV only has one HDMI 2.1 input. I have a PS5 but recently purchased a PC that I sometimes want to connect to the TV too and take advantage of the higher bandwidth of the 2.1 port. So I don't have to play the disconnect/reconnect game, I got this switcher box. I'm using it in the 2 input-1 output mode but it can also be run the other way. I like the fact that it's study metal and it works well, with relatively speedy source switches. I haven't noticed any bandwidth degradation and it seems to be passing all the right signals through (video, multi-channel audio, ALLM, VRR). I'd actually rate this as 4.5 stars because there are a couple of things that I do not like. The first is that it uses blue LEDs in the switch buttons, which are bright and annoying. This can be resolved by covering the buttons with some opaque tape. The USB cable (no wall plug provided) needs to be plugged in somewhere close because the cable is pretty short. Luckily I have a multi-output USB port very close to the switch location so this was not a big deal, but it could be an annoyance for others. While I don't care for an additional IR remote to lose, I wish that the switch was capable of auto-switching and/or a wired remote button was provided, like with some other switches. If you're looking for an HDMI v2.1 switch with these specs and don't mind the minor cons I've mentioned then go for it.

I use this to split a 3D HDMI cable into two. I have two headsets for 3D movies, and this splitter does the job with no apparent signal degradation.
