Slides down a bit, but that might be because I wear leggings with a very smooth material. Was good for the light support I needed after a torn hamstring, getting back on it.

This thigh wrap is just as described. Very light weight, it’s really big but adjustable so the fit is always right. Use this for under a full leg brace to stop chafing. Works well and holds and doesn’t slide with all day wear. This isn’t a compression sleeve, so it’s not blood cutting off tight by end of a long day of wearing.
