Very thick. Like putting a rubber coating on whatever you want 😉 will make my drone batteries last long time 😁 ordered a bunch of different sizes and I'm sure i will be back in future. This is the 50mm and it is huge. Probably almost 4" laying flat 🤯 will just fit over pack of cigarettes if that helps 😉

This worked perfectly. The only complaint would be the bundled length came somewhat folded up so it had creases in the tubing; this meant preplanning cuts so that the kink would not be in an active connection. Do the cuts this way meant a bit more waste, but overall the price and quantity made this issue an non-issue

I’ve used lots of other shrink tubing before but this is the first time using clear. I like that you an see through for two different reasons. 1) Once it’s in place, you can see if there’s any powder buildup from electrolysis or anything else. 2) As you’re heating it to shrink, you can watch the glue melt on the inside, which doesn’t necessarily happen right as soon as the shrinking is tight. This product seems nice and heavy duty. It’s probably all I’ll ever use in the future

Several knots and twists in this where it’s been folded not wound for packing. This may or may not be a deal breaker for you as it does warp the plastic and make it hard to slip onto cables

I bought some stainless steel fuel lines for my Ford 7.3 Powerstroke. They came bare, though, with no outer insulation. Didn't want these rubbing themselves bare on something so I picked up these heatshrinks. The ends on the lines were 5/8", the lines themselves were 1/2". I purchased 3/4" heatshrink tube but they're more like 7/8". They worked just fine, though! I used a lighter to shrink em and cracks started appearing on the tube. I tried using my heatgun instead and same result. Rest assured, though, these were only superficial and went away once the tube cooled down. They look great!

Works well and the clear tube allows you to actually see the Android flowing. I've reorder and used over 16 ft of it so far.

With a pair of scissors, a heat gun, and a little time, I was able to reinforce the ends of the Apple charger cables that are well-known for fraying on the ends. The heat shrink tubing was large enough to fit around even the USB-A connectors, and I also was able to print some labels with my name on them and attach them under the heat shrink, too.A quick project that now lets these cables have a nice long life rather than sending so much money to Anker. Why Apple can't get this right is still a puzzle, too.

I have used heat shrink tubing for more years than I can remember. This is the best heat shrink tubing that I have ever used, by far!It shrinks easier than the big name brands so I was able to use the family hair blow dryer (I di don't have to go to my lab to use the professional heat gun that I usually have to use with the competitors products) to easily shrink this tubing down to size.It has a very nice thickness so it feels like it won't split at the ends like the competitor's do.It shrinks down nice and tight and doesnlt slip, like the competitors do.The glue on the interior is great, it prevents the tubing from moving around as we are install it.The most amazing feature is that it is extremely flexible! I like that flexibility because the stiffness of the competition's rigid tubing actually causes damage to the electrical cables I use this on. by being soft and flexible this product looks like it will not stress by delicate electrical wires. The only issue I had is that the interior is tacky so its difficult to slide long pieces onto a cable that is only slightly smaller than the tubing. I did manage to get the tubing all the way on but it takes plenty of time. I think that this is perfectly acceptable because this tubing sis simply amazing and is worth the extre time to install it.I highly recommend this tubing.

I ordered these for marking extension cords. The unheated size is just big enough to slip over the plugs (well, most of them), and shrinks small enough to seal around the thicker cords (like 12/3 SOW and heavy duty cords). It's not quite small enough to seal around the light duty cords (like 16/3 SJ). For my application I don't need it to seal all the way down to the cord. I'm slicing short (1.5 - 2") pieces of white PEX lengthwise, then slipping it over the extension cord. I put my labels on the outside of the PEX, and then slide and equal length of heat shrink over the end of the cord and shrink it down over the PEX. This creates a durable, waterproof tag that stays on the cord. So far its the most durable solution I've found for marking extension cords.
