Pipet does not contact hard plastic, which reduces the risk of cracking and chipping. Just squeeze the bulb, press pipet lightly into soft adapter, then relax the bulb to draw liquid. Comes with handy elastic band for hanging on reagent bottle or wrist. Filler fits standard size pipets.

Real, original safety bulbs are great. These have a much different insert that is hard, not soft like the original, and the pipettes get stuck in them. I have spilled a number of my sample bottles due to that. I have to be very careful when using them because if i put too much downward pressure they stick and not enough, they don't suck. I know, that sounds goofy, because as a safety bulb, they suck (in the current vernacular meaning they aren't any good.)

These little pipet bulbs are good at sucking up the liquids. I was skeptical when I saw their size but they do the job well.

I couldn't really tell if these are the ones I pay more for and always get from lab supply places. These are them. My tech is real happy with them.
