The product was exactly as described although the box was beat up in shipping. Several tree limb knobs were not attached so I glued them on. I suspect this happened during shipping as the end knobs that were detached were also where the shipping box and styrofoam were busted up. Great product and packaged well. Poor handling during shipping.

I have been through no less than 5 coat trees on Amazon that have all failed. All of them use cheap wood and cheap hardware on the main pole or use thin metal and cheap plastics. This one was well packaged and exudes quality just looking at the individual parts. There doesn't seem to be as many "hooks" to place coats but that's probably a good thing as you shouldn't overload these trees. The attention to detail is also there. It has feet on the bottoms, the paint is high quality. The "hooks' have nice round balls. One of the balls did fall off while I was assembling it but they just stick back on without issue. Longevity is a question mark but so far I am impressed and hopeful!
