Great hose works perfect for my needs.

Acquired this hose for use in a small woodworking shop intending to provide air to small pneumatic nailers and possibly small air-tools.The air line arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The hose was wound into a small spool, and it took a couple of days of laying out stretched out to get the circular set relaxed and the hose to lay flat. Half an hour in the sun on warm concrete did the trick.First impressions: This hose looks comparable to all of the other polyurethane air hoses I've acquired. The quick disconnect appear to be the nicest I've seen on air hoses I've acquired over the last 50 or so years. Please do note that it is 1/4" hose, about the smallest diameter of the available air tool hoses on the market. I ordered the hose knowing that, looking for a hose that would lay flat on the floor in the shop. For the most part it does lay flat, but when twisted will still loop up off the floor as (from my experience) all of the polyurethane hoses do. I regularly run small slight headed pin nailers, small finish nailers, staplers and other small fastener tools. This provided sufficient air for tools up through a 2" pin nailer, but was undersized for anything larger. Attached to a framing nailer the delay as the nail gun air chamber filled was noticeable, and slow enough to delay the time between nails significantly. For an 8-penny finish nailer the story was the same.I also tested this hose on a small Jamb-Gun HVLP paint sprayer, and again it was just a bit too small to support that. Really not a knock or complaint as this is only a 1/4" line, but I thought that info might be helpful to others. The 1/4" size works for what I want, a small hose that lays flat on the shop floor. The quick connectors are quite nice. I've attached images of them. These connectors are almost pretty, with multi-color anodizing. The female fitting connector locks open when not in use, and snaps into place when the male fitting is inserted. A bit different than most of the other fittings I have and use. Both ends do interface with my older Amflo fittings without issue.Bottom line- A nice product with nice fittings, just pay attention to the hose diameter and select the hose size appropriate for the intended use.

My husband uses this air hose and it’s been working really well for him. The polyurethane material is lightweight but durable, and the anti-kink design makes it easy to handle. He especially likes the push-to-connect coupler and ball swivel. It’s flexible in all kinds of weather. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable hose that gets the job done!

I bought this based on the positive reviews. I expected it to be a decent product that was similar to the higher priced polyurethane hoses that I already own. Unfortunately, it was a complete failure. First, the hose was much more rigid than my other hoses, making it difficult to coil and route. Second, when I pressurized the hose, it leaked everywhere. Both fittings were loose. I tightened them, but it continued to leak from the female end at rate that kept the compressor running constantly. It wasn't leaking from the threads, but from the attachment mechanism itself. Save your money, and buy a better product.

This air hose is very convenient to use and works great. The quality is comparable to a Snap-on hose—soft and flexible, making it easy to work with. It’s especially easy to maintain, doesn’t tear easily, and is easy to coil for storage. Highly recommended!

Poly hoses are awesome for roofing and ladder work because they’re light and tough. They start out with a LOT of coil memory, and this one is wound so tightly it’s taking a bit. Nice connections come with it!This is great for nailers and staplers. Airflow would be restricted and result in reduced performance of high air demand tools like painting, sanding, grinding or impact wrenches.
