I purchased this bar after going through physical therapy for a shoulder injury. I am very pleased with the product and that not only can i use it for the light duty band workouts that are necessary for my shoulder it also serves as a great bar for other more heavy band exercises.

Really solid. You can make a 2-section or a 3-section bar. This thing is thick. The parts at the end that swivel are very smooth. There is no grittiness or resistance in their rotation. The included triangle clips are also made of a high quality metal. Probably stainless steel. The knurling is just right. It gives a good grip, without being too rough on the hands. If you do a lot of work with bands, and want a very high quality bar, I think you will really like this, but you can pay much less for a lower quality bar.

Update: Seller was kind enough to reach out and offer a full refund no questions asked. Great customer service for sure!Original: Somehow this item broke after only a few uses. Even more odd was it broke when I was moving the bar into storage. I have only used it a few times with some resistance bands before it broke. Unfortunately it broke a couple months after purchasing so I can't return it.

This bar is thick and heavy-duty. Much more so than most of the Pilates bars you see advertised. The steel construction will hold up to a lot of use and more weight than smaller/thinner bars. The attachment point threads are well made and keep a solid connection. This really expands the types of exercises and the amount of resistance you can use. The grip pattern works well and is reasonably comfortable. It also covers a large portion of the overall bar. Finally, the band connections on the end are strong, welded well, and provide full rotation. This is a good quality bar that should last a long time. It will certainly expand your workouts. I am very happy with this piece of equipment.

We got this as a knockoff for the X3 Bar, which a friend uses. The length is great, and is more functional than the X3 Bar. This is a heavy-weight bar. The only complaint is that it uses screw to close carabiners to attach workout bands. I actually put heavier carabiners on, what are easier to clip in.

I have yet to use it but as soon as you open the box you realize that it is massive and absolutely made to support heavy loads, I really like it, you are immediately impressed by how solid it is. I have no doubt that it is exactly what I need when I travel 🧳 even the two hooks are made to last 5 stars for sure!

Heavier than expected, approximately 5 pounds. Use with resistance bands and works well

I am an early 60s male in good health and fair condition. Have found that bands and kettlebells work better for my body than dumbells / barbells / machines. Always looking for better ways to "implement" my band usage and the use of a straight steel bar with bands and rotating end points works really well. Plus the concept of a "2 in 1 bar" (shorter curl / tricep press vs longer chest press / squats, etc) with decent heavy duty screw grooves makes this bar a "must have" if you are into bands...especially at a fair value price (especially vs. the X3 or other systems). Very happy with this purchase so far and if that changes, I will update this post.
