Very nice latching toggle clamp. The built-in release is a nice feature. I worry somewhat that the spring may corrode over time, and if it does then the locking function will stop working. I have them on a trailer where I think some form of secondary lock is necessary on all latches. This one is nice because it eliminates the need for a secondary locking pin or padlock.I'm happy to have it, it works well, my only worry is the spring. If I was buying again I might go back to the type with a through hole for a secondary lock just for the peace of mind. As it is, it works well and I'll just keep an eye on it. I'm giving it 5 stars because it works very well, and I don't know that there will be a problem, I just worry that their might be. Something others may want to consider depending on their application.

El material del que están fabricadas a pesar de que dice Acero Inoxidable, en realidad es acero al carbono con un baño de zinc que tampoco es bueno y se oxida. No las compraría de nuevo ya que las mejores si serian en acero inoxidable por resistencia y durabilidad.

I'm using a pair of these to overcome sag in my 35 year old storage shed double-doors, which were built from rough-sawn lumber and are quite heavy. I mounted the toggle clamps between the door frame header 4X6 and the upper edge of each door (near where the doors meet) in order to lift and realign the doors so I can lock them together again. Works perfectly.

i installed these on my truck tool box, they are easy to install, strong and adjustable. I only wish they had a way to add a lock to them to make them locking latches

They appear to be sturdy my intentions are to use us as a permanent solution to holding my topper on my Bronco on that way I can pop them lift the topper off and do it so that they are easier to get the chopper on and off without having to do all the screws

These are great sturdy draw latches. I put them on my outside privacy fence double-gate ! They are nicely built and adjustible. With a trigger catch and padlockable. Some Minor defect in one that made it too tight and needed some hammering to fix . otherwise i would give it a perfect 5!
