Your cart is empty.Sway bars, or more accurately anti-roll bars, are designed to resist a vehicle’s tendency to pitch from side to side during cornering, improving cornering ability and making for a more comfortable controlled ride. Sway bars are among the most cost effective and dramatic improvements that you can make to your vehicle regardless of whether it’s a truck, muscle car, tow rig, or RV. Sway bars are also typically easy to install, making them a great first upgrade for anyone who wants a little more control out of their ride.

After fighting with a wandering van that was unpleasant to drive and having little improvement from an alignment and bushings I order this rear sway bar and prayed for the best. The difference is night and day, I no longer have to worry about cross breezes, passing trucks or crossing bridges. I can now push it through turns with confidence feeling the van planted to the ground. Installation was fairly simple with only a couple holes to drill.

Shipped me the wrong kit at first but return was easy. received the right kit and install was fairly easy. Working very well so far. Our ford E350 class B RV had no factory rear sway bar so it improved the handling considerably.

I installed these on a 2002 E350 box truck I rescently bought. It removed a large precentage of the body rock that I was dealing with. It improved the overall ride of the truck.

This item was installed on an Ford Econoline with no issues. Gives much more stability to the vehicle making it easier to drive. Took about an hour and half to install. All pieces were there to do the job properly without any specialized equipment normally found in a garage setting.

the price was a little high for a retiree, but other companies were twice the price, but this kit could have had longer U-bolts for my E250 coachman by 2inches, barley 1 and 1/2 thread showed past the the nut after torque, and the struts could have been threaded 2 inches more to level the sway bar. it works. maybe Helwig will send me an upgrade. I purchased this Sway Bar for my 92 Ford E250 Van that I use for a sound business. My van didn't come with any sway bars on the front or rear. So I went to the salvage yard and just purchased a used front OEM one for $75. It's a direct fit other needing to buy the bushings that install into the front pivot axle for like $15. I installed this Hellwig 7183 on the rear of my van. What a big difference. The van was also way overdue for shocks all the way around. One of the primary reason for buying these paticular shocks is because they are made in USA. But they truly are a great shock absorber. The van hardly ever goes anywhere empty. So I opted to install the These shocks according to the manufacturer are for RV's. I figured the van is usually holding 1,000lbs of equipment on any trip and sometimes is also towing a trailer. So it wouldn't hurt. Well I feel like I could have done without the HD Shock and stuck to the standard equivalent of these, which is the . These would have been just fine. I also got the shocks for the front of my van. Also another FYI. I have these Air Bags on the rear of the van for added weight handling. .I couldn't find the exact model number from the manufacture website. They didn't have a E250 listed. But this kit looks very similar to what I installed.
