No sway no mo. Install took about 30 min. Drove down the road empty and can definitely tell a difference already.Update.. finally put my truck camper in and wow what a difference. Took almost all the sway out. Also running air bags. 2017 Ram 2500 with coil springs.

I wish the listing would have been a little more descriptive about fitment. Apparently Dodge made 3/4 tons with leaf springs in the rear in 2013??

Installed this sway bar on my 2015 Ram 2500. Pulling a 40 ft fifth wheel I was experiencing body roll on my truck that almost felt like trailer sway . After this sway bar install the truck and trailer are stable at all speeds. Easy install in an hour taking my time and insuring the directions were being followed.

We have a 2017 2500 Dodge PIckup, we put the slide in topper on and it was very unstable until the people at Dakota RV suggested we try these, they worked like a charm!

I pull an 18Klb 5th Wheel with my 2014 Ram 2500 6.7L turbo diesel. The upgrade to the Hellwig 7738 Rear Sway Bar made a definite improvement in on road handling and rear sway when pulling the trailer. Just finished a 5000 mile trip and the trailer pulled with no detectable sway the entire trip under all types of conditions. This is an inexpensive and definitely recommended upgrade for those who carry loads or pull trailers. I installed their front sway bar with TGC 2863308 Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 4x4 Sway Bar End Links as well and it significantly limits body roll when cornering.

I replaced the 1 inch rear sway bar on our 2016 Ram 2500 with this 1.125 inch diameter Hellwig bar. Even though the Hellwig is only 1/8th inch larger diameter, it is made from 4140 chrome moly steel as opposed to the standard mild steel in the stock bar. It weighs significantly more and is significantly stiffer. I bought it to help control rear lean angles while cornering with our 2300 lb truck camper. The Hellwig is also adjustable with 3 mounting hole options at the ends of the bar. I used the middle hole (as suggested) which then gives you the option of making the bar slightly stiffer or softer depending on your requirements. As it turned out, the middle hole was perfect. It reduced the previous amount of lean angle (or sway) to about 10% of what it had been. Cornering at speed (normal road speeds) is secure and predictable. We drove 6 miles down a very rough and hilly, winding forestry road and never had the slightest concern while underway. When we got to the campground, I looked inside the camper and not a single item was out of place. I am the proverbial "happy camper" :-)
