I got a brand-new exhaust hood for the stove and I want to keep it clean from grease. The product comes with 8 magnets and a sticky velcro strip that can be cut to fit your hood. I measure the hood a cut the filter to fit the hood, I used both velcro and magnets to secure it. If I had more velcro I wouldn't need the magnets. I would recommend this product for anyone who hates cleaning greasy hoods!

The pic shows 16 magnets. Eight magnets are not enough for a 30” range hood . . . . sagging gaps!

I have one of those GE hoods that have parts that nobody makes the correct sizes for and the original GE parts are horrible quality so I don't want to overpay GE for bad replacements. These sheets cover my hood and make it so easy to clean and replace using magnets. I just wrap the magnets in a bit of plastic wrap so I don't have to clean the grease off of them and deal with them getting accidentally stuck together.
