Fit for women: I am 6 ft tall and weigh 200 #. I purchased the XL size based on my Ht but could probably got away with a Large. I wear a surf shirt underneath and am quite warm and can stay in the water for many hours while in the Bahamas during the winter.

This is thicker than a Lycra skin and gives just a little warmth. Very well made.

This is a good company that takes good care of it's customers, I had a size and brand exchange to do, the customer service Bill contacted me for details, everything was fixed and delivered the new one fast. The quality of the Tilos dive skin is GREAT! And the size large is a large. My husband is thrilled, it was a XMASS gift. If you buy the Herderson Hot Skin, it's great too! But thicker and take a size larger.

Went diving in Key Largo in August and there were hundreds of jellyfish. A number of people were stung. This is heavier than Lycra and there were reports of the jellyfish stinging through Lycra. No stings with this skin on. Just need to watch your neck and face.
