The brush worked fantastically. I was pleasantly surprised that the remove fur button actually worked.Maddie, out very thick coated long hired cat, actually enjoyed being brushed for once! I did a lot of research on cat brushes, because she hates them, and this one came recommended but I am always skeptical. I have to say this brush works for us.

I love how easy it is to get the cat fur out of the bristles. Alas, my Maine Coon hates every brush I try, and this brush was no exception. It would be nice to have a softer bristle option. The other cats found it to be just fine.

I like the trap then release feature of the brush. But that requires the cat tolerating the process and my two hate this brush. The do much better with a hi/low toothed shedding comb.

My Persian (long hair exotic) kitten love this brush. He is really good with grooming, but with this brush he sits and get cozy. I'd recommend this brush. Easy to clean after each use.

All 3 of my cats love to be brushed and this brush rocks. The hair pops right out - so much easier than the old brush I have - I have to manually pull the hair out and always injure myself. No more!

The handle is plastic so if you’re used to rubber, then it’s a bit different to hold. This brush is perfect for long haired cats!! My Maine coon needed a brush that really gets the undercoat, and it works great! Push the button and hair comes off easily. The bristles aren’t too hard on animals skin and brush head is perfect size

I purchased it because it was recommended for a ragdoll. Mine is still a baby, does not have the final long coat yet but this thing only get on the surface. The cats like it dough, it is more a massage tool than a comb. It helps if I brush against the hairs first.Last thing: the hair does not stick between the needles, because they are too short to hold them. The hair is flying around when I comb her. I would not recommend it for grooming, only for pleasing your fur baby with a massage.
