Bought for our hermit crab. He picked a couple that he likes. Great pieces for him to rummage through. All in all great purchase!

The shells are good quality, though it seemed most of them are on the smaller side of medium so not quite what I needed but they'll be good for my smaller crabs when they need new shells. My medium crab is a tad too big for the medium ones in this bunch but that's not the sellers fault. They came packaged in a nifty case, which will come in handy for swapping out shells in the tank. No complaints.

Lack of small selections so this only is a choice if your hermits are close to full grown. Otherwise expensive bottom decorations only.

I bought these and immediately my hermit crab went shell shopping. He tried one out and then switched right to another one. My only complaint is I wish there was more of the medium sized shells because my second hermit crab hasn’t found his new home yet. There was way too many tiny shells in this selection.

The title says hermit crab shells but a few of them are clam shells which hermit crabs won't use.Overpriced from this perspective.Wouldn't buy again.

So happy with these shells, totally get these if ur crabs are still small, they will have more options then ones that are bigger. Mine immediately switch into the green-blue one now looking at the reviews I think it’s all hermit crabs favorites! Beautiful shells not the crappy ones that you get by the beach! And even came with a container which I now keep their food in! Great price and would totally recommend for anyone looking for affordable shells, however u do have to soak them in hot water before putting them in their enclosure !

Just received these yesterday and instantly cleaned them and put them in with my two new hermit crabs that we "rescued" from one of those beach shops. They came in a little plastic organizer box, different shapes, sizes colors and none were broken. One of the hermies is just sort of burrowing right now so it doesn't know about the new shells yet, but the other one has been out and exploring his new habitat :) This morning I woke up and noticed he had already changed shells and it was on of my favorite ones too! This made me so happy because now he is happy in his new shell (the other shell looked uncomfortable :( I can't wait for the other one to come out of hiding (either destressing or molting, they've been through a lot) and hopefully pick a new shell! I'm very happy with this product so far!

I have 3 hermit crabs who love to shell hop, they have used all the shells even tried the ones that were too big. We leave all shells in the tank except the ones that are way too big. Some shells came a little crack at the very edge but nothing major or that would affect the function. Great storage container comes with it!
