I haven't had these two racks long enough to judge the durability.These were too large for my Instant Pot dual basket air fryer. I KNEW THAT BEFORE I BOUGHT THEM. My idea was to cut them down to size. I felt they were of a price that if I screwed up I wasn't out that much money and I could actually use them for cooling racks rather than for making jerky in my air fryer. The length was perfect but they were too wide. I took my Ryobi drmel tool and just cut them down. They now go in and work fine. I'm looking forward to making some jerky now.

I bought them to cook bacon in the oven. I like it better than the ones with small squares since bacon got caught in them and it was harder to clean.

I got this rack specifically because when I bake meat in the oven (burgers, bacon, chicken, etc...) I want to elevate it off the pan so I can let the juices drip away, but my previous rack was a full cross-hatch and was a PAIN in the bum to clean. I got this because I wanted something easier to clean and this does the trick handily.I can bake up some burger patties or bacon and have this clean nice and easy. Great buy, exactly what I needed.
