Use with HP Sure Store DAT and non-HP brand DAT tape drives. Cartridge is electronically tested to withstand a minimum of 2,000 passes or 100 full backups. Tape cartridge offers 40GB compressed capacity, 10 years of archival life and a lower cost of ownership compared with AIT and DLT vs. technologies.

I have ordered these twice. First time, 2 out of the 7 did not work. When I reordered the 2, they were shipped "FedEx Smartpost"?? Which basically means FedEx gives it to the USPS, who was too lazy to bring it up my driveway to my door so they instead said nobody was home at that time (absolutely not true) and that they left a notice at my door (absolutely not true). I had to drive 12 miles round trip to pick this up at my post office. FedEx "Smart"post is not a smart way to ship. Please pick another shipping method.
