  • 𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇, 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Compared to the 7/8-inch hex coupling nut you find at hardware store, our standard 1.75-inch hex coupling nut provides a stronger connection with its extended length.

These worked great, just like I expected they would. Will definitely buy again when I need to replenish my stock.

These work great and offer a value that's hard to pass up. Upvont has a solid coupler nut here. I have been using them to connect 1/2" all-thread. The threads are very well-made, and there is minimal free play between the nut and the all-thread. It tightens up very well. The zinc coating is also very nice and uniform. Overall, these work great, and I would absolutely buy them again.

These are solid coupling nuts that I expect can join two pieces of half inch threaded rod without weakening the combined result. The steel is solid and the threads properly cut which I know because I tested five of the nuts' threads with a stainless steel bolt I had on hand. The bolt had nice clean threads and all the coupling nuts I tested threaded onto the bolt smoothly and easily with just finger strength.Quality control on the nuts was very good, so no issues worth mentioning. The zinc wash finish also seems well executed. I would trust these coupling nuts for fairly heavy duty job site applications. My overall rating is 4.5 stars because while the quality is very good, there are tiny flaws cosmetically, and the value proposition at twelve dollars for ten nuts seems average not exceptional. Usually for a five star rating I need a better than average value. Still, $1.17 each is not terrible as I browse competing products which are priced about the same. Very pleased overall.

These larger size coupling nuts are hard to find in bulk at big box or local hardware stores around here. These turn out to be less than about half the cost of what I'd pay individually at local shops. I'll use them up over time so buying in small bulk is a good investment. Threading and strength are both quite suitable.

These seem to be very well-made and I am sure they will connect my all thread without any problems. If this changes as I use them, I will update this review. Otherwise, get yourself a few.

Couplers like this are a commodity item, not suited for high load or critical/safety applications. This item would be subject to those considerations. But for ordinary jobs with multiple rods holding up a medium-weight load with plenty of safety factor, these should fill the bill.
