It was missing some threading - contractors couldn't install it because of this and had to buy a different faucet on the fly since I had contractors doing a vanity install and I didn't want to be without a working sink. I also bought this way in advance for the installation but didn't know about the manufacturing defect until it was past the return period since the contractors had been booked out.

Disappointing that its made out of some kind of plastic. I've had faucest cheaper than this but made of quality materials. I haven't installed it yet but I'm hopeful despite the materials, it will work

Very nice product. Great value. Came with everything and didn't have to go to hardware store for missing parts. I would buy this again and recommend to a friend.

I love how the handle comes out to help clean the sink. I love hight of the faucet. Was easy to install.

We purchased this because we have kids that always leave the sink full of toothpaste. Other brands are so much more expensive so we were worried it wouldn’t install well or be made of cheaper materials. It was so easy to install (with the help of youtube) and the faucet looks great on our sink!
