These shoes are relatively stiff so made mainly for sprinting. I'm kind of new to the Track/spikes world, these spikes seem to be a cross between pyramid and tree spikes. Got these for my son who joined the team. He said they're ok to use, still getting used to them and having to change his form to toe strike rather than heel strike. Exterior is kind of like a shiny vinyl. Keeps relatively clean compared to cloth type shoes that seem to get dirty so fast, even when they're on the track.Price was just above $40 at time of purchase which is reasonable for shoes as I know the name brands are over a hundred. Works ok for us since my son's feet seem to grow so quickly, I'm not too worried about having to replace these next season at that price.

The spike design provides excellent traction on the track, giving me the confidence to push my limits during sprints and jumps. They’re lightweight and comfortable, allowing for great mobility throughout my training sessions. I appreciate the snug fit, which keeps my feet secure without feeling constricted. Comfortable shoes. Love that you can take the spikes out if you want. True to size. Kind of snug after running, maybe due to swelling because they fit exactly.

My cousin runs track and his school colors have teal in them, so this was an instant buy. They fit true to size and come with extra spikes and the tool to install them. He said they're comfortable, but a little heavier than his other pair. I'm not sure if he runs any faster when wearing them, but he sure looks cool when his shoes match his uniform!

I ordered a size 10 for my 14-year old some as that is a size larger than he currently wears. I wanted them to fit next track season. Unfortunately, these run small and don't even fit him at his current size. He likes the style so this is disappointing.
