Right ear volume extremely muted just a few months in.. After multiple return requests and troubleshooting, I'm now on my 3rd pair that is past its return date. Love the sound quality but I cannot recommend them whatsoever because this is clearly a QC issue.

So I got a set of these in January and really liked the sound of them and the build looked really sturdy on top of all great reviews BUT! Within a week of getting the first set the right side went completely out on me so I sent in for a replacement and I got those a few days later and welll these lasted maybe two weeks longer until the right side got really quiet. I was using an Apple lightning headphone adapter with iPhone. This has to be the worst QC I’ve ever seen! I mean KZ in their bad days would at least last 6 months before something went bad that was only spending 25-35 bucks not 55 bucks. They need to get this figured out if they are going to stay in the game!

Sounded great until the right iem lost about 90% of its volume. Suspect this was caused by a blocked filter. Many others on reddit have reported the same issue. I returned these to Amazon for a full refund.

At this price point, I haven’t heard a better IEM. I’m a drummer/percussionist using these in live shows and even a cpl studio sessions with no fatigue, balanced frequency response as well. I’d have to say so far, I like them better than two other brands that are dbl and triple the cost. Also sound great listening to music as well. Pretty transparent and nice sound stage. Great value!
