The picture in the listing is wrong. There is no nut on the end of the filter. I bought this filter because I wanted the nut option because that makes it easier to remove with a socket.

Priced right for a Harley oil filter

I recently switched to this HiFlo oil filter for my 2005 Harley Davidson FXSTDI Twin Cam motorcycle and cannot believe how clean the oil is after almost a 1000 Mi. When I was using a Harley oil filter, my oil was "dirty" with a few hundred miles and steadily got darker as the miles piles up.
