Nice case but cues do not fit if you have joint protectors on them. Also, the front pocket is a magnet latch with a very weak magnet.

Upon first receiving this case, I was really optimistic. It felt surprisingly well-built, I liked the size of the outer pockets, the thickness of the outer shell, the quality of the zippers, and the feel of the soft inner lining.However, actually getting cues into and out of this case is ridiculously difficult! And I have standard 29" cues with normal thickness (Mezz ACE playing cue, Cuetec Breach Break Cue, and Predator Air Jump Cue) The butt sleeves are so narrow that you have to pull the elastic as far as it will stretch and actively shove the cue in. Once its in, its so tight that you need multiple pulls while holding the other end of the case for leverage to get it out.The shaft sleeves are ok -- still a little on the tight side but manageable. However, that's where the other ridiculous oversight of this case is. The inside of the case is maybe exactly 29" long with no wiggle room. This means that both ends of the shaft are rubbing up against the interior of the case, which means it will get nasty with chalk in no time, and there is little protection if you drop the case on either end. It's so tight you have to actively pull the lip of the case around the shafts in order to be able to close it, immediately getting chalk everywhere. And this is with 29" shafts -- I don't even know if you'd be able to fit a 30" shaft in here.Finally, the flap in the middle is a nice idea, but if the purpose is to protect the exposed parts of your cues on either side of the case to rub up against each other, it's in the wrong spot. They still can totally rub against each other, so the flap does nothing.It's a bummer because I really wanted to like this case, and if they just made it like an inch or two longer, added an extra like, half-inch of fabric for the sleeves, and moved the flap to a place where it was actually doing something, it would be a great case for the price.However, I can't say I'm too bummed because the highly visible TROUFY logo on the outside looks incredibly tacky, and it immediately signals that you bought this on amazon from a random no-name company.

This is a solid bag. Smells like leather. Good quality materials. I like how you can put butts/shafts in through right side. I was skeptical of the butt/shaft covers not covering the shafts entirely and the cushion of butts not being high enough, however, the cushion between everything is thick. I don't think anything would knock into each other. There is a side pocket good for extension. Outer long pocket could hold a number of items, not a pool rack tho. Top outer pocket has mesh for design only, it is a solid pocket as shown in photo. Bigger top pocket could hold a phone. Nice bag, just doesn't hold everything I need pocketwise, so I'll return. I'm sure this bag will suit anyone who doesn't need as much pocket space.

This case did exactly what I needed it to do. It holds both of my cues with four shafts. It has enough pockets to carry what I want with me. I also carry a long cue extender, and that fits in one of the four cue butt slots.I purchased this case just a few months ago, and the cross handle at the top of the case is already pulling out. The materials have a cheap look to them, and now I know why. They are cheap. Feels like the imitation leather is actually plastic film. I have taken good care with this case, and only occasionally pick up the case by the cross strap. I was surprised to see it is already pulling out.

It's huge holds everything you need and more. Handle is sturdy doesn't feel like it's going to rip with the weight like others have. Would buy again but you don't need two as again it holds so much!!!
