The first unit I received would not turn on.Amazon made the return exchange process seamless. They arranged for pick up of the non working unit and had the replacement delivered the following day.Working like a charm and maintains the desired temperature.

Unfortunately I am unable to adjust the temperature. Temperature also randomly goes up to 70 degrees when set at 50. Tried to contact the seller no response. The item not useable.Amazon started a return but I have nothing to return/ship the item in. Looks like I am going to be out $193. Very sad, I wanted this wine cooler to work.

I have checked the inside temp with the led on the cooler. cooler shows 56 f inside is 62f. We got this one because the size was the same as our old one and is a good fit for our location.

I’ve had the cooler for about a month.Came well packaged and in good shape. Works well. It fits the built in space in my cabinet. It was the only one I could find with the right dimensions. How long it lasts in the tight fit remains to be seen. My previous one lasted about 4 years. Hope it survives longer. With only one cooling zone I have only put white wines in the cooler. My last cooler had two zones so I could do both white and red at different temperatures.It runs very quietly and cools well and I like the way it looks. The panel is easy to use and the door seals well. I like it, hope you will too

Fits in small space-very quit- keeps wine at tempt you set it at. If you are a wine lover this is a must

This was my first time purchasing this brand. I was a little skeptical but rolled the dice and was very pleased with the outcome. The water tasted fine, not like some had mentioned. Works well for our family.

We put it in our family room. It works well for our wine. It only goes down to the temperature of 50 that is where white wine should be. If you like it colder then this is not for you. I removed the bottom rack so I could slide a boxed white wine in. I do put it in my fridge to get it cold before I put it in the wine fridge. Overall it's works great. It's quiet, it does exactly what it says it will do. It has a light inside that is nice for at night. bottled wine may seem colder then the boxed, I haven't tried that yet.

Just what I wanted 4 bottles to stand and 8 lay down. It does not make any noise . Love it
