High torque wall clock mechanism installation diagram
Installation Steps:
1.Place rubber cushion over shaft.
2.Insert shaft through hole in clock surface
3.Insert shaft through clock face (if appropriate).
4.Place dial plate washer over shaft.
5.Attach dial fixing hex nut.
6.Balance pressing fixed hour hand (Aim at 12 o'clock).
7.Balance pressing fixed minute hand. (Aim at 12 o'clock).
8. Lightly screw minute nut in place.(Go to the next stepwithout this accessory).
9.Press second hand in place (Aim at 12 o'clock).
Our clock mechanism is made of durable plastic and aluminum.
this product is lightweight yet please be mindful that aluminum can bend under excessive pressure.
When installing, kindly avoid applying too much pressure to your hands.
Power by 1.5 V AA battery (not included).
Shaft length is 28mm (1.1inch), thread length is 15.5mm (0.61inch), suitable for 9 - 13mm (0.35 - 0.51inch) thickness clock panel.
Please kindly double-check the size and ensure it matches your hands before making a purchase.
Please keep hour hand and minute hand level during installation.
When they are not parallel, it may affect the accuracy of the clock’s operation.
