Defective! On the first use of using the included air bag pump the air mattress came apart with a huge over inflated ‘pillow’ in the middle. Very uncomfortable for the camping week! This is my second of these mats. The first is ok so far. But also has only one use yet. The first is very comfy and warm, while still being lite and packable, the envy of my camping friends.Update: The company reached out and without question, refunded the item outside the refund date. Faith restored. Thank you! Safe purchase with this excellent customer service. I will be re-ordering to replace the defective one. Updated from 1 star to 5 all stars.

I did stay warm while using this on a cold campout (20 degrees F) but with my back pain history, it was hard to get comfortable on this. The concept though is awesome and it is very packable for those backpack type campouts at a minimal weight.

The mattress is crazy noisy once first inflated. I left it inflated a couple days with some weights distributed on the pad. After that, it was fine. I’m I light sleeper and the noise doesn’t bother me after that pre trip break-in. I used it on a mountaineering trip on cold ground and It worked fine. Love the stuff big stuff sac to inflate the mattress.

I always find myself slipping off with sleeping pads ,but it's comfortable and the material is nice. It looks like it would do well in the cold, especially with an emergency blanket over top. My last four sleeping pads went in the trash - they're not hole resistant, afterall. But I'm going to be extra careful with this one .It's good value for the rating. If it's true? I believe it is.

Used it one time and it didn’t deflate that was a huge win. As for insulation, I think it did fine but I’m not sure because it was a very cold night. Good for the price. Wished it had double opening valve

I haven't used it in real world conditions yet but have a decent amount of experience with these types of pads. Nemo/big agnes/thermerest. The price point was intriguing for the astm 6.2 rating. I have to say, assuming durability holds up, this seems to be a heck of a deal. You can tell that the unsulative foil is suspended and not just lying in the bottom. Im a little confused and a little skeptical just simply because of the price. It doesn't make sense that a nemo copy cat that seems to be on par can charge less than half. If the welds hold up, this is a steal.

I really like this pad, and the inflation is super-easy. The video and description says that it can be inflated in 3 fills from the bag, but it took me a couple more than that, which is really no big deal. When I first pulled it out of the included dry bag, I thought I was going to have to quickly remove the bag close the cap once it was inflated to prevent air from coming out, but there's a nice valve in the pad that keeps it from deflating. Very sweet! The one thing I haven't quite figured out yet is the dry bag, and how to roll it up like they sent it to me. I just can't quite get the hang of that, but that's no big deal, and is a 'me' problem. Overall, very nice sleeping pad.

Customer service was great! The item is comfortable and the weight with the stuff sack is about 1.6-1.7lbs. Some things to note is it crinkle if you move and the cap was hard for me to close. I reached out to the company with my complaints and they refunded my money with no issues.

Packed inside a stuff sack that doubles as an air pump, it weighs in at 29.75 oz. Backpackable. You inflate it by completely unfolding the sack/pump, attaching its nozzle to the one-way air valve, getting air into the sack then rolling it up so it is forced into the pad. there is a rigid plastic bar at the opening of the sack to facilitate rolling it up. It took me 5 reps to fill it as full as it would go. Inflated dimensions are measured as 78” L x 25” W x 2.5” H( not 3.2” as claimed). The last few inches at both ends of the pad are slightly curved. I am a 6’0” side sleeper; this would be the minimum dimensions for my size and sleep style. Length is sufficient with a few inches to spare, much appreciated. The top and bottom materials are identical, and advertised as 20D nylon. This pad employs lightweight materials with horizontal baffles and two internal aluminum foil layers to reflect body heat, The manufacturer claims ASTM-certified R-value of 6.2 . Overall comfort is good, and I could feel my body heat coming back at me, This may make this pad too warm in the Summer; this review was written in Winter so I can’t say. The material is fairly crinkly-sounding, which may or may not bother you.I left it inflated overnight and it held air fine. Over the next 6 days I left it inflated and it lost a little firmness but was still fine to sleep on.Upon deflating I discovered that the single valve needs to be manually kept open by inserting and leaving a finger in it to keep the flapper portion dislodged. There is no “deflate” position that stays put. This makes packing a bit challenging as you are trying to fold and roll up the pad with one hand while holding the valve open with the other so the remaining air can escape. Cumbersome to say the least. Perhaps there is a trick I am missing. Make sure you fold it lengthwise into 3 exactly equal sections, or else when you go to put it into the stuff sack it will be just too wide for the sack’s clip straps to secure it tightly when coming across from the ends. You can still secure it in any case, it will just be floppy not snug and compact. A brief instruction card and repair kit are included. I have not taken this camping yet. It would seem suitable for at least 3-season backpacking; wintertime too given the stated R-value of more than 6. If you don’t mind the noise (frankly, it does bother me) or the clumsy roll up process it is a good choice. I would like to see a more user-friendly deflation valve, and a different material that is not so noisy. Relegating this to a backup pad behind .my Exped Megamat.

Came exactly as described. Very lightweight and seems to sleep as warm as advertised. Make sure to sleep with the logo up as the reflective foil inside works better one way than the other. It does sleep loud but that’s to be expected and can easily be remedied by bringing any sort of pillow or a folded up item or clothing. I will update this review if anything changes as this deal seems almost too good to be true.UPDATE: Pad is holding up great, I've taken it down to -12C combined with a closed cell foam Z-fold sleeping mat and had zero warmth issues!

Nice and light. Comparable to a Nemo Tensor insulated sleeping pad. I can feel my body heat reflecting back to me. Wider than a 'regular' hiking camping pad and just enough space for me to lie on my side with my leg up. Surface is quite slippery. I got around this by putting it right in my sleeping bag. That way, the sleeping bag stays on the pad and I stay on the pad too. Very good set up.Easy to blow up with the generously sized air sac. In this way it is superior to many more expensive sleeping pads. Only takes a few bags of air to blow it up.I like to blow it up about half full and that seems to make it the right softness for a comfortable night sleep. The valve seems to be very well made and keeps a tight seal. The black flap on the inside keeps it from deflating when you are blowing it up and needs to be moved away from the air hole when you deflate the pad. It rolls up really easily and fits well into the blow up air bag for storage. Instructions are included. I would recommend it. As a heads up, when I first tried to blow it up I was having difficulty and it turned out there was a spare patch in a plastic bag in the blow up air bag that I needed to remove. After I removed it, blowing up was easier than any I have tried.
