Because of its small size I was immensely surprised, bye, how good this little vice clamp works. It has a very smooth action for tightening and loosening and overall it is a good reliable product.

I absolutely love this. I only have it clamped to my desk, rather than bolted down and it's still very sturdy and stable. I got it for working on firearms, but I've found it useful for so many little things that I never would have thought of without having it handy. It's heavy duty and solid. VERY good value for your money.

I use this for small jobs it works as expected. I think I will replace the rubber clamp protector with something like felt as the rubber will not stay secure when needed.

I have held off getting a larger vice for a while because I don’t have a workshop with a place to permanently install one. I pretty routinely find myself in situations where it would be helpful to have one though. This little vice fills a gap in my tool set. Having the ability to clamp it down to my temporary work surfaces and then remove it for storage is a really great option. This thing is solidly built too. I don’t have any concerns about it’s strength for my applications when are mainly pretty low impact. Build quality is great, fit and finish looks really good. I really don’t have any concerns or complaints about this one.

The Dual Purpose Bench Vice is well made and capable of swiveling 360 degrees. The jaws are well made with an option of rubber grips or non slip triangular pattern. The "C" clamp attachment is deep enough to accommodate almost any work bench tabletop thickness. The old school "hammered" paint finish is very durable and doesn't easily chip off. The only serious fault I have seen is the jaw opening, which is very anemic at 2 1/4" with rubber inserts and 2 1/2" without. I have seen small vises like this at Harbor Freight with a wider jaw opening.
