If you want chalk pastels these are a great buy. If you are looking for soft pastels this is not the product you want.

The chalks are not soft and are hard to use by kids.

I was testing out colors and a bit of blending clearly not trying to make a work of art. I wanted to share this to show how lovely the colors were, this is a really nice affordable addition to my coloring supplies. Great price point, I think you should buy it.

Couleurs vibrantes, bon fondu et mélange. Le papier qui le recouvre permet de moins se salir les mains, ce qui n'est pas un problème. Je recommande, je m'amuse comme un enfant et les pigments vibrants m'ont permis de me lancer dans une belle aventure pour découvrir le dessin et le pastel.

Bought them to draw details/outlines on sidewalk chalk art. Works like a charm. I’ll have to take another photo because I think you’d buy them in a heartbeat. If you like drawing on sidewalks—and driveways—which I do.
