I ground this into a powder, put it on my fingers, and used it to play a six foot aluminum rod, so I can't really speak as to its efficiency on a bow. It works really well on skin.

I ordered this product for my son. When it arrived, the packaging was cheap and the rosen was completely crumbled and fell all over my floor. This was very disappointing since he has a concert coming up and really needed it.

Came cracked and just had a little chunk broken. Went to go scratch the rosin to start if off and it cracked off even more. Within 2 minutes of using??

It was broken at the bottom and some bits fall out. It was also cracked (but I guess that would be part of the fall out).

Gave this to my nephew his mom said it was the right kind. Seems to be more durable because it has lasted over a month and the other one I bought only lasted two weeks

great, we live a long way from town and getting this product in a couple days to the house and it is a quality rosin. The violins sound great after using this rosin on the bows

Good Rosin for a Bluegrass fiddler. Tends to crack in the little case, but still works just fine. Gives all the bite you need for fiddling.
