EVERYTHING you need is included! (see photo)Could not be easier to setup... plug it in! If you're the kind that likes to read the instruction manual, it is well written, but before you get barely started reading it the system will have configured itself and got everthing working and going! It really is that easy! Night and Day video are both great! The OS is terrific and easy to use and does anything you need - look for past events, live monitoring, whatever. I know from past surveillance systems that Hiseeu is reliable, helpful, and keeps their products and firmware up to date. One thing it won't do like some other systems is cost more!! ;-)

Update so i am giving 5 stars since after speaking to customer service giving them verification of the issue (which is expected). They are sending a new camera. The clarity on the other cameras have been wonderful night and day vision. Plus easy set up in home and to phone.After checking all the cameras before installation they all came on but after installation one camera seems to have a short since we had to wiggle the wires so it would come on and the video is not as clear as the others. Reached out to customer support will see what they say and do.

Excellent cameras .Can be hard-wired to internet or through WIFI.Excellent remote app for smart phone. A little harder to set up than some.WARNING The transformers for our old cameras plug in vertically and were installed were in weatherproof boxes. Unfortunately, the new transformers plug in horizontally so they don't fit inside the boxes .For that reason, I had to purchase alternative transformers , which was a costly pain.The manufacturer should offer alternative plug orientations or ones that swivel.

This came with everything needed to get it up and running. Even came with drill template to mount cameras.Setup was straightforward and connected without issue.Works both with local NVR storage and the mobile App.Image quality is good both in day and night vision. The tilt and pan function is a great feature as well.Support is also very responsive and works with you to meet satisfaction.Would recommend this setup for anyone looking to add peace of mind to their home.

I originally purchased a cctv set with 5MP cameras from Hiseeu around two months ago. The cameras were great - they tracked at both daytime and night mode, very bright light on at night mode and still tried track motions. I thought I'd move to a new house in a month and so I could install them and see how they go outside until the 30 days term ended, unfortunately it never happened - almost moving was not gonna happen. So I returned the cameras - what use when I don't even know if I move out?Then the fudging moving happened - like 2 weeks ago, I ordered this and just received today. What I expected from the 5MP camera - light alarm and night tracking , which are written on the product description don't work at all. The first camera did that - it tracked movement fine at daytime more. But when it is at night mode - it literally didn't do anything.So I'm returning it. Once the return process is completed, I may order 5MP (now 10 bucks increased compared to what I paid two months ago) unless Hiseeu increases the price again.
